Andy Penry
Andy Penry has successfully tried dozens of commercial cases to juries, judges,
and arbitrators. He often handles high stakes cases that involve either
significant sums or substantial legal issues. Penry is one of the firm's
original founders.

Neil Riemann
Neil Riemann is experienced in construction litigation, securities fraud, business torts, and
disputes concerning commercial contracts, suretyship, and insurance coverage.
Riemann has appeared before state and federal courts in eight states, the
District of Columbia, the General Accounting Office, the SEC, the National
Association of Securities Dealers, and the American Arbitration Association.
